Who We Are

Our Mission

The Crossroad exists to redeem society by equipping leaders, empowering organizations, and redefining what it means to be a person of influence.

Our Roots

The Crossroad began with two businessmen in West Texas oil country.

Tired of ineffective leaders creating unhealthy perspectives among their employees, these two men began to search for a better way to teach and train their employees.

The tools and techniques that they discovered created a more efficient organization, where employees got on board with the mission, took ownership of their work, and operated autonomously.

In short, they learned how to form and equip leaders.

In 2016, we formed The Crossroad (then known as Servant Leadership) to bring these transformational insights and discoveries to organizations around the world. From California to New York and from Brazil to South Africa, these tools have created healthier organizations.

And Now…

We work to create and distribute these resources to as many people as possible. We believe that these tools will transform not only your organization, but every moment of your life.

As the tools began to transform organizations around the globe, we developed The Crossroad as a hub to share our leadership tools––books, podcasts, websites, blogs, and much more.

We have many mediums, but only one message. All of these resources are anchored in our servant leadership tools.
